Chef's Restaurant For the past 20 years, André and Angélique Taormina have been sharing with their customers the magnificent view over the small, private Saint-Félix lake. The exterior has been embellished with large tubs in which herbs and flowers are cultivated to perfume the plates. The culinary adventure begins with the choice of producers, a source of inspiration for the gourmet cuisine concocted by André. The seasons bring smoked Provencal asparagus with mackerel cooked in lemon salt, accompanied by passion fruit gel, or morel mushrooms and corn gnocchi in a poultry jus and Noilly Prat. Local produce is cooked with precision in creative, visually stunning combinations, with a special mention for "strawberry on the idea of a pavlova" and its clover-shaped meringues. The service and cellar are in Angélique's hands, and her advice is invaluable in guiding you through the 300 beautiful references.
