A charming atmosphere at the foot of the famous feudal ruins, in this inn that has been well-run by Chrystèle and Xavier Vanheule for a quarter of a century. Delicious traditional cuisine, with well-crafted seasonal menus, such as this three-course set menu for €59: Murgat Arctic char with “Coralie’s saffron,” duck breast with a blend of figs and grapes, served with a reduced walnut vinegar sauce, poached pear with a creamy Piedmont hazelnut sauce and caramel ice cream.
