Gourmet Restaurant In the center of the village, as the name suggests, the table is welcoming in its concern for tradition and quality. The chef takes his time-honored recipes seriously, to the delight of regulars and tourists alike. The homemade pork and duck cassoulet that has earned the restaurant its reputation, as well as pigeon from the Lauragais region, veal kidneys and lobster. The desserts are well worth a visit. A cellar where Corbières, Languedoc and Roussillon wines have pride of place. Service to match.
