The setting is enchanting, and the adjacent hotel offers every modern comfort, including a spa & balneotherapy center, beautiful gardens and Charles Collombier's table. Collombier's cuisine is bistronomic and market-driven, with fine produce and sufficient technique: perfect egg, curried coral lentils, arugula cream and Montagne Noire tomme, trout confit, green beans, dill cream and black rice chips, or duck breast, colored carrots, red onion condiments and mead sauce. Good cellar accompaniment. Professional service.
