Chef's Restaurant The place is quite incredible, both warm and full of cachet, with its architecture of vaulted ceilings and stone, combined with a well-thought-out decor blending noble materials such as wood, metal and polished concrete. In this context, it's all about nature, in the garden imagined by Adrien Zedda with pastry chef Margaux Boisson for a 100% plant-based experience unique to Lyon. The menus are well organized, €45 at lunchtime, more developed in the evening at €75, to discover, for example, the risotto of chard, sunflower and lemon balm, espuma of chard green and sudachi, lemon balm oil, sudachi juice, roasted salsify, strong helichrysum juice, salsify mousseline and the very good dessert of roasted persimmon, meadowsweet ice cream, meadowsweet broth... Beautifully presented, interesting tastes, a little restricted by the genre, but really well crafted.
