Gourmet Restaurant A few steps from the pretty terrace overlook the main street: a way of distinguishing this restaurant, which isn't looking for low-cost, but rather a certain idea of modernized southwestern cuisine. The target is reached with a menu that balances tradition and the present: boards to share, pan-fried foie gras tatin with caramelized apples and Muscat de Saint-Jean, vol-au-vent mussels and cockles with spinach and cuttlefish, veal thinly sliced with cream of celery and Arabica juice... Geometrically sophisticated desserts ("le carré", "le triangle", "le rond"...), well-stocked cellar.
