Remarkable Restaurant Angelo Ferrigno loves the neighborhood and the city, where he has really made a name and a reputation for himself. Almost opposite the restaurant, he has found a new space, called Cave, where he will be able to multiply his talent with shared cuisine and connoisseur wines. Cibo remains the flagship and figurehead of Dijon's lively, relaxed and very tasty gastronomy. The chef's compositions are increasingly sophisticated, and he continues to be attracted by seasonal vegetables, offering a personal palette that goes far in terms of combinations, textures and tastes: white asparagus and lamb broth, fermented celery, mushroom marrow bone, sweetbreads from Clavisy, grilled and smoked with juniper, shallot confit and miso, or the remarkable dessert of blackcurrant, meringue curd and bud candy... For dinner, there's a seven-course meal for €129, and an extensive wine cellar, with many new discoveries, including in the region.
