Chef's Restaurant A little hidden away, but now well known to connoisseurs. The stone-and-beam setting looks good, and chef Sébastien Mortet has mastered his subject, with a good understanding of his customers' tastes, both for lunch and dinner. The result is a cuisine that's in tune with the times, pleasant and precise, with no frills or superfluous research, simply well done. Especially at lunchtime, when the menus are not hidden, with fish acras, grilled avocado guacamole and radish, veal quasi onion and confit potato, apple rhubarb tartlet, in a €30 formula. Fairly classic cellar, regional fruit juices.
