Sponsored The Bigoud'N Love crêperie, with its Breton furniture revisited from a punky angle, is the trendy new gourmet address that honors tradition with a touch of love and creativity. Mathilde Lavenu makes traditional wheat and buckwheat crêpes from scratch, using fresh, local seasonal produce. Every suggestion is carefully crafted. In summer, we love the crepe with eggplant and zucchini confit with herbs, bell pepper cream and pine nuts; in autumn, the one with roasted pumpkin, smoked paprika and Roquefort cream. We also love all the other seasonal inventions. Our favorite: la d'Api, a crêpe with candied apple and tatin-style caramel! Even the Complète has a little something extra, no doubt thanks to the inimitable taste of the dough, the secret of which lies in "la bleud" (Breton for flour), organic and local. A hand-made dough, lightly fermented for buckwheat, for crêpes that are as crisp as they are fluffy. 22 covers indoors and as many on the terrace in summer. An open kitchen so there's nothing to hide, and a great atmosphere.
