Aux Bons Vivants is a meeting place for lovers of good food, for those who appreciate dishes that take them to the four corners of the world for a tasting session. Depending on the season, you'll enjoy tuna tartare à la Tahitienne, rib steak (World Steak Challenge Gold Medal 2023) cooked in a chimichurri sauce, as in Argentina, Bellota Iberian pluma (Spanish black pig) or Japanese-style Wagyu beef. The products are of the highest quality, the vegetables fresh from the local markets and all the recipes, right down to the sauces and marinades, are 100% homemade. Special mention should be made of the "secret sauce", which is the perfect accompaniment to meats and salads. And if you're a bon vivant looking for original cocktails, the lounge bar is a warm and friendly place where you can sip on the signature creations of our chef and barmaid, who are also bon vivants!
