On the edge of the Vosges Natural Park, this former mill has been transformed into a hotel, with 12 rooms and suites that combine contemporary comfort with traditional decor, fine antique furniture and the warm, cozy atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the region. Most open onto the river below and the garden filled with wild flowers and herbs, as does the restaurant, Les Jardins du Moulin, where you can enjoy excellent local cuisine by chef Arnaud Zinck. Delicious breakfasts are served in the room before guests set off to discover the surrounding treasures, including the forests and valleys, the famous Maginot Line and the Napoleonic battlefields of Reichshoffen.
