Gault&Millau's review 2025

Gourmets will all remember the name Anne Gerber... It's in this sumptuous half-timbered house that the famous and talented Alsatian pastry chef has set up five guest rooms with cozy fabrics, soft lighting and bucolic views over the vast garden, a rare privilege just a stone's throw from the center of Strasbourg. Guests come here to recharge their batteries in a family atmosphere, but also to savor the delights concocted by Anne, who treats her guests to pantagruelian breakfasts with 100% homemade pastries and cakes. Last but not least, a massage service in the rooms, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a visit to the Old Town or the European Quarter.
