This former coaching inn, built in 1822, is now one of the region's leading institutions, acclaimed by gourmets who swear by the exquisite cuisine of its chef Pascal Bastian. With his wife Carole, Pascal has designed 21 rooms and suites with a sober decor that blends the charm of an old house with contemporary purity. On the first floor, the breakfast room invites you to sample real delicacies with an Alsatian accent (don't miss the sublime kougelhopf). The beautiful 400 m2 spa is a veritable ode to relaxation and well-being, with sauna, hammam, sensory shower and indoor pool.
