Crowned Grand de Demain in 2018, and today with a Gault&Millau score of 18.5/20 for his restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanière, Glenn Viel replaces Michel Sarran as juror this year, alongside Philippe Etchebest, Paul Pairet and Hélène Darroze. He has already taken part in the competition as a guest chef on some of the rounds, notably last year, when he mentored contestant Sarah Mainguy for an episode. This year, he is the 10th juror in the history of Top Chef.
