The charm of the place, the chic trend and the elegance all combine to make Fanny Rey and Jonathan Wahid's restaurant, along with Baumanière, the most prominent in the region. The ever-inspiring chef and the masterful pastry chef offer a four-handed recital that delights the elite Parisian and international fringe visiting the Alpilles. The display of such talent takes place on carefully concealed menus, tiered according to the number of courses, with evocative titles: "Frémissement", "Intensité", "Concentration" and "Prestige", the last of which, at €390, offers the total with the pairing imagined by the sommelier for €250.
