Gourmet Restaurant At the bottom of the old quarter, this retro name with a modern twist continues its ethical approach (short circuits, reduced waste, carbon footprint), in a pretty setting where plants naturally take center stage. You'll find yourself swaying between the animal and the vegetable, with just as much interest: grilled sardines with shiso-smoked eel on one side, crosnes with hazelnut butter and lovage on the other, pork chop with anchovy jus or oyster mushroom ribs with lemon confit and roasted hazelnut polenta... Nice atmosphere, interesting regional cellar with discoveries by the glass, gros plant, muscadet, sauvignon, chenin..
