Gourmet Restaurant Sépia is constantly reinventing itself, and each new visit is a new discovery. In this open and friendly place, nothing is anodyne, everything is pleasant and original without being confusing. The menu is appealing, and we appreciate that this collection of trendy ingredients is so often in harmony: homemade labneh tapenade fig olive lemon black baklava, 64° egg chanterelle sweet potato macadamia vegetable juice, halva prune grenadine praline caramel praline ice cream... We also like to go down to the cellar, for organic muscadet, pinot noir from Château-Thébaud, vacqueyras from la Monardière...
