Gourmet Restaurant Set in a beautiful stone building in the heart of the city, this small room with open kitchen is bright and welcoming. A well-paced, friendly service accompanies a gourmet, delicate cuisine with Mediterranean notes, reflecting chef Lucie Berthier Gembara's somewhat stereotypical but sincere commitment to eco-responsibility. Products are local, seasonal and mostly organic. You'll love the melting scallops with their raw cream sauce and marinated fish roe, or the well-seasoned homemade tarama with celery remoulade and a delicious toasted brioche. The drinks menu features organic and natural wines, as well as a number of local beers.
