Chef's Restaurant Since Sarah Mainguy moved into the heart of town, on the little street off the Trois-Croissants, the buzz of success has not diminished. It's the talk of the town, the talk of the town. In this bistro dînette format, there's always something to take in, to learn and to talk about, from this youthful, delightful atmosphere, these square, twirling plates, including the €27 lunch, in which everything is good: pumpkin pie with oyster mushrooms and beer mushroom juice, sausage in brioche béarnaise or the fish of the day, fennel braised in white butter with fennel and clementine vinegar, the expected pavlova with a twist of coriander and Sichuan pepper. To drink, only the good stuff, wine, alcohol or not.
