In the Dijon hinterland, a large house where table and wine bar meet for a rendezvous for all occasions. The large beamed dining room creates a rural atmosphere, which the uncluttered furnishings bring right into the present day. The food follows a similar logic, with tradition brought up to date, and a convincing result. Ideas include: oeufs parfaits with Epoisses cream, crabmeat tartare with orange and grapefruit supremes and baby greens, white trout fillet with almonds, honey reduction and ratatouille, sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce... Classic desserts. Well-established wine cellar in the region.
