In this contemporary setting, with minimalist furnishings, the focus is on traditional terroir, cooked entirely in today's style. Starting at €28, you'll find snail nems with comté parsley, garlic cream and mesclun, an exotic cod steak with coconut milk and lime, red rice with ginger pilaf, a more traditional crispy free-range chicken with yellow wine morel cream sauce, and to finish, a gourmet shortbread tartlet with salted butter caramel and beggar's fruit.
