You'll appreciate the superior formulas, where the care taken on the plate is better applied to quality products: semi-cooked foie gras, snails and gnocchi, snacked veal with morel mushroom cream, guinea fowl duo, stuffed fillet and stuffed cabbage leg. Fine cellar of Burgundies.
