Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Lorain family's second home provides a serious, consistent alternative to the four-toques on the other side of the Yonne. A professional welcome and service, quality on the plate and well-structured menus. We appreciate the superior formulas, where the care taken on the plate is better applied to quality products: semi-cooked foie gras, snails and gnocchi, snacked veal with morel mushroom cream, guinea fowl duo, stuffed fillet and stuffed cabbage leg. Fine cellar of Burgundies.
