To set foot in Patrick Gauthier's restaurant is to discover the real and the intense at the same time, to experience an authentic cuisine of products, XXL version. The chef loves his market and his region, which he showcases with sincerity and experience: the pleasure of a view overlooking the Yonne from the tip of the island, a large open kitchen on the other side, and professional plates, to be discovered in four menus from €76 to €175. On the Lucullus menu, foie gras and asparagus starter, langoustines and new cabbage, sweetbreads and Noirmoutier potatoes, wagyu beef with garlic and wasabi, and sweet conclusions. Cellar on a par with the rest (Dauvissat, Rapet, Thevenet, Pilon, Pibarnon...).
