A creamy and fresh buttery nose, wafting warm milk, with quiet yellow fruits and lychee. Frothy and delicate bubbles and mousse persist on the palate. Pure cream and lemon contrast well creating tension, as lychee textures are foam delicately along the horizontal acid line to the finish. A particular style to complement lactic-acid plates.
