Concentrated orange fruit and blossom essences on the nose, with pear and sweet brioche. Fragile mouth-blown like glass bubbles and the fresh airy mousse continue on the tangy citrus palate of orange, lime and lemon, grated ginger, with dry and concentrated sensations at the same time. Despite bracing acidity, the end stays delicate and elegant with a fluffy whipped feeling on the long, fragrant blackberry finish. Perfect for day time drinking or an evening aperitif, and at the table with fresh dishes.
