Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of the region's most prestigious hotels, acclaimed for the unique charm of its surroundings and the quality of its service. Housed in the perfectly restored wing of the former medieval château, the estate now boasts 35 charming rooms and suites with period furnishings, heavy drapes and, above all, spectacular views of the château ruins. Equally luxurious, the ground floor features a series of handsome salons and a large dining room with original wood panelling and parquet flooring, as well as splendid frescoes inspired by La Fontaine's fables. It's the ideal place to savour cuisine that celebrates the great French classics, skilfully revisited.
