Outstanding Hotel Just 10 minutes from Château-Thierry and set in a vast park on the banks of the Marne, this Empire-style château takes on the feel of a family home, with just 5 rooms decorated in a classic, elegant style. On the first floor, the dining room, extended by a terrace opening onto the river, invites guests to savor chef Wilfried Livio's excellent cuisine, inspired by local produce and the seasons. A welcome break after a day at the spa or by the pool, unless you'd prefer to explore the region's many treasures - visit Château de Condé, the Jean de la Fontaine museum (a native of Château-Thierry) or simply stroll through the surrounding vineyards.
