This rosé is made from a blend with a high proportion of pinot meunier (60%), complemented by chardonnay (30%) and 10% coteaux champenois (wine composed of 50% pinot noir and 50% pinot meunier). Light pink in color and perfectly integrated with a dosage of 12 g/l, this rosé offers gourmet balance, with crisp notes of red fruit. Ideal with pigeon salad with redcurrant berries.
