Only 24 different rosés, but the same for over 40 years: this 24th edition is based on the 2012 vintage, with a large majority of reserve wines. It's more than a rosé champagne, often reduced to its fruitiness. It's the alchemy of black fruit, red fruit and spice notes that combine perfectly with the more fundamental champagne notes (ripe yellow fruit, citrus, flowers, fine honey, toasted and brioche notes). This superb edition is the perfect accompaniment to dishes such as lamb served rosé, with just a hint of Sichuan pepper. Superb.
