We taste this 1988 again, now classified as a collection wine; we loved it in 2017. A few years later, we find intact its old gold color, its notes of truffle, fruit paste, honey and dried fruit. On the palate, time has done its work and the honeyed notes of the attack give way to incredible freshness, with superb notes of exotic fruit and pink grapefruit skin. Gourmet backbone and freshness. Grandiose!
