This cuvée, built around the 2007 vintage, is a superb, fully mature edition. The nose is particularly aromatic, with notes of candied lemon, beeswax, menthol and smoky notes that open up to a saline, iodized side, followed by a particularly complex, fresh palate, almost sharp and greedy at the same time. The long finish is salivating, with lovely bitters. An absolutely sublime edition.
