Gault&Millau's review
97/100
Like the Grande Cuvée, the rosé without a specific year is "recreated" each time around a majority vintage, and the first edition was launched in 1976. Finely orange in color, this 23rd edition opens with a nose of cherry and raspberry, followed by notes of blood orange and lemony freshness. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with clean fruit and a complexity that includes rose flavors. This beautiful rosé, blended with around 10% red wine, has a long, flavorful persistence. Open it to accompany pigeon or lamb tagine.
