Composed of a base similar to that of the white vintage, with 7% red wines from Avenay and Mailly, this rosé seems more open. A nose of crushed strawberries and fine spices is followed by a chiselled, pure palate, expressing well-balanced red fruit and citrus flavors. The fresh finish lingers on aromas of redcurrant and pink grapefruit.
