Henriot
Founded in 1808, Henriot remained an independent, family-run business until it was bought out in 2023 by Terroirs & Vignerons de Champagne (Nicolas Feuillatte). Supplies come mainly from the Côte des Blancs: Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, with a few fine origins from the Montagne de Reims. Henriot works the Chardonnay to perfection, producing champagnes that are above all elegant. For lovers of old vintages, the "Cuvée des Enchanteleurs" is a benchmark. Since January 2025, the 37 hectares owned by Henriot have been certified organic.
