The bouquet, driven by the suave Chardonnay, declaims a light, springtime ode, combined with sweet aromas of sweet almond, hazelnut, cumin and star anise. The nervous, racy palate is animated by precise bubbles that burst generously under the tongue before releasing ripe, savory tones of poached yellow fruit. The creamy finish is very pleasant. There's no denying that this highly successful cuvée is making its grand entrance!
