A touch of pinot blanc, or "true white" as it's known in the region, complements a large majority of chardonnay. With its limpid color, this champagne offers classic, gourmet notes of citrus and flowers, enhanced by hints of pastry. On the palate, the wine is generous, velvety and very greedy, with flavors of ripe white fruit, without losing its fine final tension. An excellent champagne, ideal for a gourmet aperitif.
