Superb color with metallic pink highlights for this unfiltered cuvée. On the nose, all the finesse and power of the great Pinot Noir grapes come together. On the palate, it's the wine's structure and breed that first come to the fore, before allowing the fruit to return to the fore, intact despite the partial ageing in wood. With the right dosage, this great, complex champagne is best enjoyed with a woodcock terrine.
