This 2002 cuvée is the latest addition to the house's wine library, which dates back to 1959.... The old gold color and precise bubbles set the tone for a controlled evolution. The nose is bewitching, with notes of freshly cut mushrooms, dried fruit and quince paste. On the palate, this great wine, with its assertive style, clearly calls for the table, and why not a piece of veal with cream and black cumin pepper?
