Very Chardonnay, with its intense lemon notes, typical freshness and chalky, almost saline expression. The palate is more subdued, although there's a hint of acidity from the lemon pulp. The material is moderately intense, with a slight astringency due to small tannins. The citrus acidity returns like a kick in the explosive finish, which stretches out for a long time like an arrowhead.
