Lovely freshness with citrus aromas (tangerine, kumquat, Seville orange), red berries and saline notes for a racy bouquet that evolves towards tobacco, grilled almond and smoke. A complexity that doubles as a few delicately spicy notes (turmeric, coriander seeds). Deceptively simple, the palate balances acidic freshness, fruity notes and creamy bubbles. A charming champagne with red-fruit aromas on the finish to accompany an Eton Mess.
