Shy at first, the bouquet gradually reveals its complexity, with sweet spices (turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg and white pepper) and sweet citrus zest (citron, blood orange). Very creamy, with chiselled, evanescent bubbles, the palate is all lace and creaminess, but conceals real power. Spices return on the finish.
