On the nose, poached white fruits with lemon balm, a fine floral bouquet of vine flowers and lilies, and tones reminiscent of praline and pastry. The oxidative character of the palate is well controlled, highlighting a reassuringly gourmand citrus jam aroma. Notes of mirabelle plum and ginger complete the range. Beef ravioli with shiitake and soy broth would be the perfect accompaniment to this 2013.
