The light color announces a wine full of freshness. The bubbles are creamy and fine. The vanilla, creamy, pastry-like nose is that of a great white wine that has evolved well. The palate, delicate and fine, still has plenty of pep. The fruit is clean, with hints of candied citrus, honey, white pepper and cardamom. A well-balanced champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a sophisticated starter playing on slightly exotic notes, such as risotto with langoustines and a few pistils of saffron.
