Draped in a brilliant lemon-gold hue, this 2007 develops on the nose scents of roasted walnut, grilled lemon, spices, yellow fruit, lime and hints of bitterness. The fine effervescence develops on toasted-grilled aromas, in a crisp, fresh and concentrated palate. The well-balanced dosage expresses notes of peach, dried mango, lime and a hint of bitterness, right through to the long, invigorating finish.
