This is the perpetual reserve par excellence, made from 100% pinot meunier. The light golden color is enlivened by fine, scattered bubbles. The nose is generous, woody and fruity (white fruits). The palate is opulent, creamy and long-lasting. It's all about refinement. Pair with a green collar stuffed with foie gras, short truffle jus.
