This 2010 comes from a plot selection of old Pinot Meunier vines. The powerful nose reveals yellow peach, mirabelle plum, candied fruit and toasty notes. On the palate, the attack is frank, homogeneous and creamy. Freshness is the order of the day. Elegant and generous, this wine is ideal as an aperitif or with a meal, such as veal piccata with morel mushrooms.
