This extra-brut, with its brilliant pale gold hue, has a compact, fresh nose with concentrated aromas of spicy yellow and exotic fruits. A voluminous effervescence accompanies a juicy, chalky and homogeneous palate. Its light, well-integrated dosage gives it the legitimacy of an extra brut. An ideal aperitif or mealtime champagne, it will accompany a heart of veal sweetbreads and a fricassee of mousserons.
