Gault&Millau's review
Since 1936, this family estate has been located in Fleury-la-Rivière, on the right bank of the river Marne. They started to sell their own production in 1945 and later on in 1998, Audrey and Jérôme have been in charge of the estate and created the brand A. & J. Demière in 2003. A new winery was constructed on 2015. The three main grape varieties of the Champagne region are represented in the vineyard, with a majority of Pinot Meunier (50%) ; then comes Pinot Noir (30%) and finally Chardonnay (20%). The estate also offer lodgings with gites and guest houses.
