Beautiful color and fine bubbles for this Paradis cuvée. The nose is a little subdued on opening, before opening out to reveal superb pear and white fruit aromas. With aeration, notes of dried fruit and pastries begin to emerge. On the palate, Paradis remains Paradis, even when young: the balance is superb, held together by superb tension.
