As is often the case with this cuvée, the nose is expressive and powerful, with notes of white fruit and white flowers. The palate is rich and unctuous, with fine notes of sweet spices and a pleasant greediness. Freshness and acidity balance the whole, leading to a long finish. Serve with roast veal in a few years' time.
