The first nose is not very expressive. On aeration, white fruits (pear, apple and peach) appear and, with time, toasty and brioche aromas. The attack on the palate is supple, very saline, with a seductive fatness and enormous freshness. The mid-palate shows great structure and consistency. The winey, warm aspects of the year are perfectly controlled thanks to its fine acidity. The finish, full of tender freshness, offers saline length. This wine has real aging potential, so keep it in your cellar. Serve with sea urchins.
