The nose is subtle and rich with white fruits. The wine has retained all its freshness, as the house does not practice malolactic fermentation. On the palate, it develops great presence and opulence, with a greedy texture and the finesse provided by grapes from the Cramant and Mesnil Grands Crus. This already accomplished cuvée is a perfect accompaniment to a salad of chicken breast.
